On March 17, 2016 Handicap International, represented by Jean-Baptiste Richardier, the Executive Director of Handicap International Foundation, convened the inhabitants of Lyon, where HI’s headquarters are located, to a very touching photographic exhibition portraying the lives of Syrian refugees.
